By accessing and utilizing the EZE platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and EZE. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the terms will continue to apply.
Registration
To unlock the full spectrum of features on EZE, users must complete the registration process. You are responsible for providing accurate and current information during registration and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. In the event of unauthorized access or any security breach, notify EZE immediately to mitigate potential risks.
User Conduct
EZE is committed to fostering a positive and respectful community. Users must refrain from engaging in any behavior that disrupts the platform's functionality, violates local or international laws, or infringes upon the rights of other users or EZE itself. Any such violation may result in the termination of your account.
Events and Ticketing
EZE provides a user-friendly platform for event organizers to manage and promote their events. Event organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information provided. EZE reserves the right to review and, if necessary, remove any content that violates guidelines.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on EZE, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the intellectual property of EZE or its licensors. Users are strictly prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing any content without obtaining explicit permission from EZE.
Limitation of Liability
While EZE employs rigorous measures to ensure the reliability and security of the platform, users acknowledge that the use of EZE is at their own risk. EZE shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
Termination
EZE reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts without prior notice if there is a reasonable belief of a violation of these terms and conditions. Users may appeal such actions by contacting EZE’s support team.
